Free Zone means an independent part of the territory of the country concerned, in which any imported or re-exported product is considered outside the Customs zone (Duty-Free Zone), in terms of import duties and other taxes.

Development Zone means areas where economic development is tried to be encouraged by offering financial advantages to investors for investments, "for example in or near a city", categorical company, factory etc.

Special Economic Zone (SEZ) is an area where labor and trade laws differ from the rest of the country. SEZs are located within a country's national borders and their purpose is to increase the balance of trade, employment, investment, employment and effective management. Fiscal policies are introduced to encourage businesses to set up in the region. These policies often cover investment, taxation, trade, quotas, customs and labor regulations.
